Micromax - micromax canvas park Q380 micromax is worst service provider Noida Nationwide

I have purchased the micromax canvas park Q380, after 2 month phone stop working and i have sent it for repair to micromax service center located in sector 22 Noida.

Now, It's almost 45 days from the repair date and there staff is saying that they don't have a motherboard for replacement and they don't know when it will be available.

That was the worst answer given by any service provider. 

Till date i don't have any information and staus of my handset when i will get it. (expect one answer from provider that they don't know when motherboard will available)

I would like to request to replace the set at the earliest possible or repair it or refund the amount
