sent midland 2 years worth of cahiers checks both front and back showing they were recieved and cashed.this cost me time and money to get the proof they were cashed as the credit union where I bank at had to charge for copies and research to get the reciets, then for me to get back up copies to mail to midland by return reciet express mail.my reward was several printed statements of unknown figures, funny numbers that are not consistant from month to month, made up fees just to mention some of the mess that no one I showed it to understood any of it.when I asked the so called supervisor why so many people are having trouble with midland he would not answer my question.not to mention anyone you talk to refuse to give you their full name just a number, what are they afraid off.to the lawyer who contacted me lost your phone no.this is insane that boa is in the news but not midland! would like to know why?any AGs out there how about doing something, how many who are vets are getting abused by midland as I am.only 5 years left under 18000 on balence makes no sense to take by fraud land you cant sell in this market!s

does it matter how the payment is made,I dont think it does.they get a payment and still delay or dont credit it to the account.so what I send cashiers checks,I dont do credit cards but use cash to buy things pay my car insurance with cash and other things.what does not writing out checks have to do with midland mortgage, they are still ripping off people it would appear that what they are doing is more the issue and how many people will be hurt before enough is enough!I see what other people are going through including someone who had direct deposit that was not being credited.so if you have an idea of what all of those having problems with midland can do that would be more a help than why I dont write a check,it would not matter.
