Relatively new user at MIDWAY USA. Had heard lots of positive reports about the company. Ordered 2 items (ammunition) which was on backorder. Ordered a pair of Nikon Binoculars for my wife for a Christmas present. These were available. When I went to their website the following day to check on the orders, i noted that estimated shipping on backordered ammo was around $17.00. I wondered if I should add a couple of more items to the backordered ammo in order to dampen the blow of shipping. Called a customer service rep to ask about adding items to backorder and she said "No "the system" doesn't allow that." I said "thats strange, seems like a pretty ssimple request". She said "npo "the system doesn't allow that. I'd have to cancel your order and re-order the 3 ot 4 items together" I said "fine". She said "you'll have to go to the back of the line" I said "that doesn't seem right" She said "the system" won't allow me to keep you in line". Because I had just created the backorder two days earlier i said "fine". She asked me to hold. I did. she came back and said that i couldn't reorder the three items because each item had a limit of 1 and "the system" would think I had already recieved 1 and wouldn't let me order more" I said what?, "I didn't receive the first backorder" . She said the "system wouldn't allow that". I said that this all sounded pretty wierd and that I would like to talk with another representative or a supervisor because I wasn't satisfied with here response. She flat out refused to connect me with another representative. I told her i would prepare an Email to the owner and she directed me to the website CONTACT US info. I asked for her name but she hung up on me before i could get the words out. I prepared detailed email to larry potterfield on the website provided form but when i sent the email i got a "Sorry, we missed the target message" and my email was gone! I called and got another service rep and cancelled all orders, over $400.00 worth. Terrible rude customer service and totally crude website and ordering system form the sound of things. tried another email to Larry but.... "OOPS missed the mark" once again and email gone. Sure hope this one goes through.    User beware

 

ps. got the binoculars $25.00 cheaper at l*****  (((REDACTED)))  of all places

 Talk about being a self entitled d****e bag!! She tells you that the system they have to work with will not do what you want. She tells you the WHY behind it. But YOU DONT LIKE HER ANSWER. So youre going to b**** and complain because the system they use wont let you circumvent the order process.

You sir are slime. YOU are an example of the self entitled nature of the consumer. This is not a ripoff or a scam by this company. This is yet another immature j****** who thinks EVERYONE else is less then he is. Heres a thought, use one of those guns and smack yourself around a bit.

I thought I had seen stupid and self entitled but this moron takes the cake. WAAAAA!!! WAAAAA!!!! Jesus get over yourself. They tell you that they cant do it. They tell you that they have to cancel the order and YOU would have to reorder. But youre SO LAZY that you cant do that. Oh but you CAN write a email. Stupid j****** shouldnt be allowed guns.

Heres one for you. How about you STOP acting like a spoiled little girl and do as the rep suggested. Man up and grow a pair because right now your wife has them in her purse. Right next to your tampons. If they CANNOT do what you want because of a limitation of the system they have to work with, its not being RUDE. The only rude one in YOUR exchange was YOU. Its RUDE of you to DEMAND that they do what you want if they can not. Its RUDE of you to blast them for their limitations, especially online. ANYONE READING YOUR POST IS GOING TO SEE WHAT I HAVE!!! A SELF ENTITLED IDIOT!!!

Where is the compassion and empathy for your fellow man. Oh thats right, you flushed it away along with your common sense.
