I was contacted via email with a fake arrest warrant for my arrest on an attempt to pay a debt that I paid off in 2012. The person that answered the phone was very nasty and told me that they were sending an officer to my place of employment and having me arrested for check fraud. I tried to ask him the name of the company so that I could fax him the letter from the loan company stating that my account was paid in full, but he became verbally abusive so I hung up.
