Imagine you were a passenger on a plane and the pilot was not licensed to fly. Would you fly in that plane? 

Imagine you were seeing a doctor for a serious ailment but you found out this doctor was not licensed. How would you feel about the treatment you got?

Imagine your mom or dad needed open heart surgery and the surgeon operating on you was not licensed? How would you feel about your parent's life being in his or her hands?

All this may sound irrelevant to this post, but it is not. 

Mike Neft runs an insurance agency that sells insurance. His website says he is a Managing Partner. Well, someone I know sat with one of his "agents" who enlightened her on the safety and benefits of the annuity he wanted to sell her. She signed the contract, but then the "agent" she sat with didn't sign the contract but had someone else put his name to it as if she was sold an annuity by this other person. 

I thought this was kind of odd and looked into this and found out that the agent she sat with is not licensed to sell insurance by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. So Mike Neft is having someone sell insurance to consumers who is not licensed to sell insurance. But then has someone else, who is licensed, but who you've never met sign the insurance policy as if he had sat with you as the agent. 

This is like pretending someone else flew the plane or did the open heart surgery to make it seem plausible. 

Mike Neft's practice can get shut down for this kind of stuff.
