mike ward infiniti vehicle check ripoff/vehicle was brought in for prebuy inspection and they just ried to steal my buyer Internet

I sent my buyer of an infiniti sedan to mike ward and befor you knew it they hac my buyer in there car and telling them that it needed 2k dollars worth of work , the car only had 33k miles on it ,
for instance they said cars brakes were done to 2mm and 3mm and not true the had over an 1/8 of an inch so of course they put that in estimate for repair.
also claimed transmission fluid was dirty but the cap had never been taken off
same goes with engine coolant i went and had it tested at a  auto repair shop that was unbias and it tested just fine.
 they didnt like repair on rear of vehicle so they brought that up , what does a cosmetic flaw have to do with inspection report.
they brought up rust on brake rotors llike that is a problem i ahve never seen rotors that did'nt have rust
basically they did what they could to get my buyer into one of there cars, absolutley disgraceful
and upon my own check i had found legitimate iktems that they didnt find that were important  like a/c had a leak and bright lights did not work , that is waht should of been in report,
they also had said every fluid should be changed and 30K mile  checkup but if you read manual under schedule maintenance 1 which is normal driving none of htose items were mandatory, they are just thieves.
