this guy is a scam artist,--while working for me he will qoute a price for a job which i will agree to only to raise the price on the day of the job--this happened several times. at other times he asks for his money in full when the job is just halfway finished--have you ever heard of this? he seems to read a customers vulnerability by asking personal questions and then exploiting the info to his advantage, not yours. he will confuse you as to who the boss is, him of course,not you. because i had little exp. with home repair contractors i didn't check out his history,any references,etc. i should've been tipped when he told me about him being in jail--don't know why. i'm talking about a very unreliable person here going by name of mike puljak-or close to it, someone who you cannot trust to do the right thing by you, so beware and keep away from when hiring for home repair or improvement, also known to do masonary brick work for other contractors. stick with someone you or your acquaintances know to be honest and reliable not a fly-by-nighter scam man. thank you and thank me for making you aware-beware. peace/out.
