Mikias Haile Selassie "Mike" Criminal, Liar, Thief, Fraud, Horrible Dishonest Person, STOLE $1300 Won't return money new york New York

MIKIAS HAILE SELASSIE STOLE $1300 FROM ME. AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!

After inquiring about a number of apartments on Craigslist I got a call on Nov. 13 from Mikias Haile Selassie to come view an apartment. He showed me an apartment that he said was $1200/mo. I submitted a $100 application fee with my application and all of the required documents needed to apply for the apartment. Once I was approved (two days later), I submitted the $1200 security deposit for the apartment. After he avoided me and lead me on for weeks he called to tell me that the apartment was no longer $1200 and that he raised the rent to $1500 so I requested my money to be refunded. Per the receipt I am entitled to a FULL REFUND. MIKIAS HAILE SELASSIE IS NOW AVOIDING ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION AND HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN IT PER OUR AGREEMENT. HE MISREPRESENTED THE APARTMENT AND THE PRICE AND NOW HE HAS STOLEN FROM ME! HE IS AN AWFUL PERSON. HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. HE IS A CON-ARTIST AND SCAMMER! 

HE IS NOT A LICENSED REALTOR. HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF! 

He now says that he will return the money but it has been OVER A MONTH and I still need to find a place to live by the end of the year. With the holidays less than a week away time is running out and Mike is still giving me the run around on when and where he will meet me to give me back my money!! If I don't have the money back by tomorrow I will lose my only other housing option and be homeless! 

Mike claims that he didn't steal my money and he will return it...WHEN!! Keeping it for over a month with no intent on finding me an apartment is called STEALING!!! THAT IS STEALING, MIKE!!! I know you are reading these posts and so is the rest of the world! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY OR I WILL CONTINUE TO LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT YOU ARE A THIEF, LIAR AND SOCIOPATH!
