Miles Milington Took Money and Didn't Render Services Internet

Was referred to this con artist by someone that had been in the industry for a while. He guaranteed rankings on Google for my companies keywords and we paid him $3,000 up front since it was going to take time to build back links and improve our Google reputation.
He had me send the money via wire transfer to a Wells Fargo account, which as soon as it arrived in his bank he swiftly locked down the account so nothing could be done.
He goes by Miles.Milington on Skype, but I highly doubt that is his real name.

After a lengthy investigation I found out that I had wired the money to the wrong account. The bank returned the money to me 90 days after....I'd delete the original report but I don't know how..
