Milinex Power Storm ripoff, not allow to cancel order, not refund Torrance California

Hello everyone,

I've been another victim of Milinex Power Storm.
On April 29, 2006, I placed an order for a Millinex Power Storm ( It's just a vacuum cleaner). Few minutes later, I upgraded my order and agreed to pay $20.00 more to get one more thing: the power steamer.

On April 30, 2006, via e-mail they sent me 2 "order confirmation". The first order number is . 200604300014xxxx. The second order number is 200604300045xxxx.

On May 01, 2006, I sent e-mail to customermail@igia.com (e-mail address of Milinex Power Storm) to cancel the first order . They promised to respond to my e-mail within the next 24 hours.

On May 20, 2006 I could not wait any longer for their reply , so one more time, I reminded them to cancel my previous order.

On May 22, 2006, they let me know that "both orders have shipped".

I felt like I have been tricked. Milinex Power Storm's website doesn't allow customers to adjust their orders. Once people filled out their orders that meant their orders have been submitted, no matter if they clicked Submit button or not. If people upgraded their orders, that meant they did order one more time.

On May 24, 2006, I received two boxes. Each of them contained just one Milinex Power Storm. That's all. So:
-I requested them to send me one Milinex Power Steamer to complete their delivery,
-and returned one Milinex Power Storm for a full refund, because I did not order that thing.

Few days after, they sent me a Milinex Power Steamer. And until now I have not received any refund from them.

What kind of business are they doing there? They do not care about their customers. They just care about their money.

What action should we take against that company?
