This company now blames a former employee for their mistakes and ALL income information, tax returns, wage stubs were given directly to Matt BEFORE he took our money. We were not in foreclosure when we came to this company and it was suggested to us to not make our payments. Do not do listen to these people. This will only bite you in the butt. We received a notice from B of A during the loan mod process that stated they would not work with us if we did not make our payments. This company dismissed it. It really does not matter as B of A will not work with you anyways.
Most importantly this company did not even have a valid DRE license to conduct mods in our state and CANNOT charge any upfront fees. We have turned this over to the DRE and the AG for further review. It is clear this person is trying to take advantage of people that can get a HAMP mod buy themselves. It is against the law to not provide this information to you ahead of time BEFORE you pay any money. Additionally after searching the FL State records it shows that this company is not even a LLC anymore. Go see a lawyer before doing business with them.
