I went to Texas Car Title and payday Loans out of desperation. expecting to have to pay a large amount back. Being charged 308.95% on a 1300.00 loan. total amount to payed back in 30 days in the amount of 1671.49 not being able to pay the loan in full in 30 days. I then had to refinance the loan and the finance % changed to 469.85%, causing me to, if I pay the loan back at the lowest payment possible, I will have to end up paying back nearly $6,000 on the original loan. That is highway robbery in it's truest form. Is there anything I can do, please let me know. Also, I would like to file a Class Action lawsuit against the title company for 'loan sharking"! Because, correct me if I am wrong, but that is exactly what it is! You loan someone money when they are desperate and then take advantage of them, knowing good and well, that it will break them to pay it back or you will get their collateral they put up, if they can't! Pawn shops aren't even like that! The online payday loans aren't like that! I want to pay my loan back, but not that the interest rate that is highway robbery!
