I purchaseed a vacation package from VIP Services at 28415 US Hwy 19 in Holiday, FL. They are in partnership with Mini Vacations, Inc.
After reading the fine print on the package I found they did not include all the arrangements they had promised so I promptly returned the package to VIP Services per their instructions with a request for a refund on my credit card of $418. I also sent a return notice letter to Mini Vacations, Inc. Both were sent certified, return receipt requested.
After receiving the return receipts I looked for the credit on my next card statement and did not get credit. I then started a telephone campaign to get my credit and have been promised several times with no results.
Now both companies are changing telephone numbers and when I do get a good number I only get a voicemail with no return calls.
If anyone can get me a telephone number for one of their offices I would appreciate it. Do NOT - I will NOT - do business with ANY travel company on the telephone again.
