We are always disappointed when a patient doesn't have a perfect experience in one of our offices and even more so when they are as unfulfilled as you/your boyfriend are/is. Although it sounds as though you aren't a patient and it's unclear exactly what wasn't to your/your boyfriend's liking, we are going to make every attempt to try and identify him/you and reach out to him/you (if we have the necessary contact information) to understand better the "long story" so that we aren't "terrible" going forward.
