I was financed by this company on November 2006. My monthly payments were set at $399.45 a period of 36 months. I had a lapse of insurance and they placed what they call their own insurance. After I was notified I then proceeded to acquire full coverage insurance again. I was told that my payments were now going to reflect the $2600 insurance they had placed on the car so of course my payments went up. When I asked about this, I was given the run-around by Erika and Marcos. They never adjusted my payments even after proof of insurance. Now my car payment is $599.00 and they have added another year when I was supposed to be done paying for this car in April of this year. They sent me a payment card extending the payments until 12/24/10. I called to try and fix this to no avail. I asked to speak to the manager and I was transf. to Marcos again, who was really rude and unprofessional and stated that he did not have my information. He gave me the run around and transfered me back to Erika who claimed that she was in the insurance dept. funny how that happened.

I have done the math on this and it just does not make sense, I was told by Marcos that if I did not like it, that I should surrender the car. He was very cocky and did not want to help me at all. Everyone in that company acts the same. They give the run-around and they are not standing by the contract instead they have changed it without my knowledge. I am sick of this,I am broke all the time because of this. This car is a 1999 and I am paying for it as if it was brand new. I looked the company up on the BBB website and they have an "F" so I proceeded to write a report there as well. The office manager they have on the website is Pam Brown,I have never even heard of this person and MF doesn't even have her under their contact.
