M&M Automotive ink did not work in my printer York South Carolina

 First of all I was told that this ink would deffinetly work in my printer. I was also told that I could take my time about paying, but they harrased me and told me that they would send me to a collection agency, so I paid them. I had also told them that I did  not do very much priting but they were very aggressive with their salea pitch. When I finally opened the cartrage. It did not work. There was a paper telling me to ignore the wrong printer cartrage (the ink is remanufactured) which I didnt mind, but it did not work. I even got a pro in my office and he said that sometimes this stuff works and sometimes it does not. I did not pay my money on a 50/50 basis. I would like to recoup some of my money.
