Mobile Destinations Inc. Laredo, TX Verizon wireless franchise Ripped off a Senior Citizen Laredo Texas

 My father went into this location on July 2nd to pay my mother's cellphone bill while she was in ICU. We had just found out the chances of her making it were very slim. The guy at this location applies what he paid to the wrong account. My father doesn't drive anymore either because he is 70 and losing his sight. We didn't discover that it was applied to the wrong account until august when I paid his bill and he owed more than he thought. So, I went to a Verizon location and they were suppose to get this location to correct this issue. As of this month it was never applied to my moms account. So, we went in there to get them to refund the money and they are refusing too because it was too long. They stated that he should have caught this right away and the fact my Moms was dying had nothing to do with it.
