I bought 10 units of MDC for $50,000 in the fall of 2008,  Communication was good at first with Quarterly investor update  though at least the end of Q1 2009. At the beginning i had an investor login, but sometime during 2009 the whole site dissapeared. 

     If the company is bankrupt I could at least use the loss, but cant find anything to justify that status with the IRS.  In the original prospectus I was told $3,000,000 was fully raised so there must be additioanl investors???  I know the recession hit at the worst time for MDC, but a good company annouces good news FAST and and bad news FASTER.  It is only the application of capital, some things work and some dont. That being said, those that manipulate capitalism for thier own gain ar scum.!!!!
