Mochahost MOCHAHOST SCAMMED ME! They deleted my data in the server as soon as I cleared their invoices. I have proofs against them! San Jose California

Cutting long story shot: As per their SO CALLED support team member Mr. Zack. I had my data present in my suspended 'Shared Hosting Account'. I was told by him that upon clearing your pending invoices, I would be able to get hold of it, but upon clearing both the penidng invoices when I got in to my account/cpanel there was nothing present. Everything was reset. And when I told the support guy Mr. Zack about the situation. He said, he was waiting on the administrators to respond and it took forever, and I went offline telling him that I would return back in sometime to see the status.

Anyways, upon contacting them again there was a NEW GUY named Mr. Martin who was unaware of what happened and I had to explain him everything from the scratch and after wasting my ample time, he said that I should create a ticket to contact the adminstrators directly. I asked him to put Zack online and he said he was busy with someone else. Anyways, I left the chat and created a ticket and here the WORST OF THE WORST story starts. 

I got a response from them that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE for the data loss or backups. Upon which I told them that alright, I had downloaded FULLSITE backup from their CRAP server which isn't working EITHER. Hence, it was THEIR fault to fix things up for me then. Either they should have NOT deleted my data from my account OR the backup that I downloaded from their CRAP server should have been good enough and contained full files of Database instead of files those were empty/0 kb in size. 

But they have SUCH A GREAT support that I cannot explain in words - they BLUNTLY kept on saying it's NOT their responsibility to provide backups or take care of consistency of my backups. I mean HUH!!!! Then whose responsibility is that????

I would like some authorities to take GOOD care of these burglars/rookies and TEACH them a good lesson. They hare ripping off many people.

 

I have following proofs against them: 

  1. EVEN after stopping them - they have been mentally torturing me by spamming me with their CRAP and torturing emails with repeated statements that they were NOT repsonible for my backups/data. 
  2. Their support staff telling me that they had my data with them and upon clearing the invoices, I would get access to my data in the account/cpanel.
