All I can say is-  "HMMM it's great when my husband says that's what you get when you buy stuff off the internet. Spent 1900.00+ on a WHITE leather sectional- Waited 3+ months to get it- When it arrived- I could not see in the packaging- wrote that on the delivery slip. My husband got home said oh that's a very nice off white yellow couch you bought. Really?? Been going back and forth with them for weeks-after about a week and a half they tried to show me a different color sample- other than what is posted on the internet-So some false information there?  I seriously think that they made the wrong color couch and just sent it anyway- your screwed because it is a "special order" so just let the consumer eat it. The WHITE and blue pillows they sent with it don't even match the off white yellow couch. They said sorry for the inconvenience and we will give you 400.00. 400.00 does me no good. I have a modern white home ( hence modern furniture) and if I wanted OFF white I would of ordered OFF WHITE. "There is a big difference and the on line color samples"- the couch EXACTLY matches the off white color and no where near the white color. SO buyer beware- " You are stuck - I wanted to get another couch- maybe that was actually white- they would not do that- they would not return it. I was going to pay to return it myself- but they "ARE NOT AUTHORIZING" this return and then I would be out 500.00 if they declined it - or would not sign for it when it showed up. SO  I am really not happy, and what makes it so worse is the"i told u so " comment about buying stuff off the internet. SO Caveat Emptor !! Pics attached

Ok it's October... and NOTHING -

Just wanted to add, been trying and trying to work it out w/ then and nothing. I was told in writing from the ZEN DESK- that they would pick the couch up and charge a one way fee. Then they said no I have to pay like 800.00 both way charge to pick the couch up. Showing me some bogus ticket for frieght charges. If they are paying 800.00 to ship things, might as well just go out of busniess now, I am again NOT NEW. So just thought I'd sent my latest update of nothing, no progress, nada. My credit card company wont reverse the charge because I still have the product, so that's awesome too. If I pay to send it back and they refuse it, I am still in the same boat. I am just waiting.. I can see it now, I pay the 400.00 to ship this back, they say it's damaged and then I still have no money. Such a great feeling to be a consumer these days. The couch has been all wrapped up in my garage since JULY when I got it. I am so so mad. Cheers!!!

 The day after this was filed- rec'd a call from Mark- the call came in from Tosh Furniture-Asking that the companies generous offer of 400.00 and new "matching pillows" would work for me I told him no and I am sick of waiting around for an answer- he said he would call friday- he did not- said he would call monday- did not i called and left a message again today and no return phone call email- nada. Thinking I will go away. But Im not- I am mad.

SO please heed my warnings- it will not be a good experience and I found another website that had all sorts of not good things of recent about them.
