WARNING!!! DO NOT!!! do business with Mohave Integrity Realty or the owner Debra Sixta. She should have looked up what the word integrity means prior to placing it in her business name. They encourage a handicap female human being primarily in a wheelchair with terminal illnesses to live in the most drug/meth infested neighborhood in Kingman, AZ and likely in Arizona (as reported on the news)
Worse, in a neighborhood without a noise ordinace preventing this handicap ill person from sleeping day & night due to massive amounts of barking dogs surrounding the entire property & area non-stop barking around the clock. A matter that landed this handicap person in the hospital due to complication with medical condition due to extreme fatigue amost other complications due to these disturbances & other hazards at the property. [continued below]....
If it couldnt' get worse this tiny one room house located at 3680 E. John L. Avenue Kingman, AZ 86409 is a plot that is a SINK HOLE!!! The handicap tentant almost fell while in her wheelchair into one of the holes that dropped 6 feet into the ground. Underneath less than 2 feet of earth was hallow as far as the eye could see across & straight down. You can't support most humans not to mention an entire house on grounds that are hallow less than 2 feet under (nothing to support the grounds ala what a sink hole basically is). Several areas on the plot are sinking like this including directly under the dwelling itself.
This property is not sealed at the bottom properly at all. Every insect made its way into this dwelling in mass amounts no matter how much exterminating & spraying. This property & house is nothing more than glorified tent camping. The persons in the boardering properties are animal & child abusers; and, these person & their obvious on going traffic made many threats to this person while on their rental property minding their own business.
This real estate company was abusive & harassing to this handicap person from day 1 & violated her tenant, handicap, & civil rights. They violated this handicap woman's handicap & privacy rights divulging information about her to strangers in the neighborhood including persons who complaints were made about. The realty office & Debra Sixta responded to this situation by being further harassing, threatening, & abusive to this handicap person. When this disabled person who was put out due to the hazards of the property attempting to obtain new housing this realty company & Debra Sixta the owner lied to a potential apartment management company stating that the state of the property sinking into the ground is the fault of a handicap person who is primarily in a wheelchair with terminal illnesses. When the ground finally starting caving into ground in such a severe way this was reported to local police & the fire department chief. It is so pathetic that the word integrity is in her business name. A lawsuit is in process against her.
