I purchased a datejust watch COD on 10/19. Five days later, the watch timing and date was off, not to mention the cyclops was not centered. Contrary to the website that said their product is not substandard and all fixtures are accurate.

I called several times to state my request for a refund. I mailed two letters for this request. I asked to be called back for any clarifications. I did not get a call back.I returned the watch within the 7 day company return policy on 10/25. I called thereafter to follow up on the status of my refund. I was adviced that it takes 3 weeks for it to process.

30 days after I received an unauthorized replacement still defective watch and the manager told me that I can not get a refund because it has been 30 days after the first inspection. The company staff all denied all forms of claim for refund which I made within the time frame of their policy. That is why I say that this is a dishonest company and don't have customer service and product ad integrity.

What their website shows DID not prove to be right for me, a very dissatisfied customer. The company has not responded at all to my plea and even said they did not care if I took legal action. Business like this should not be in business as if they do not repair their mistakes and no legal prosecution is done to them, they will continue to victimize customers. This has to stop and be corrected!
