I signed up and paid for the service and although it was expensive they advertised a 30 day money back gaurantee so I thought it looked interesting and if it did not do what was advertised then no loss. In the first class when they gave the software download instructions it did not work on my Mac and that' when they said it would not work on a Mac. There was someone else who was in the same position and we said noting was ever said about not working on a Mac Prior to this. Still not the end because I have a corporate pc and they said it would work on a pc.

i tried to download the software and I could not get it to work because my pc is controlled by our corporate IT staff and I do not have admin privledges. Every time I wanted to run the program my IT person had to remotely login to launch the program. I went back to MojoGlobal and they said I had to be the administrator for the software to run and I told them that was not going to work. They offered to send me about $200 to go towards a new pc purchase and I thanked them for the offer but I was not interested as I already have too many devices and I don't want to purchase a new pc just to run this program so I asked for my money back as this was not going to work. After numerous calls and emails from me asking for my refund I got a message back that they had a solution for me. I could have this extra pc running and there was some remote access software that I could run the software through this other pc. Not interested at all in that. I still requested my refund.

Then after another week and more calls and emails, I got a response. I am not eligible for the refund because I did not use the software. I told them that I did not use the software because I could not load it on any of my two machines. Every time I hear back from them it's about me buying another pc or using the remote software, nothing about my refund request. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am sharing this story with everyone I can. It's such a shame too because I was trying this software for my company and if all went well I was going to recommend it to our global sales team. When the issue first happened had they refunded my money promptly and fixed their software I probably would have still tried it. I hate to see this type of customer no service from a company that always talks about how great their solution is. Terrible customer service. Stay away.
