Molly Maid Of West Boca DISASTER OF A CLEANING SERVICE LEFT BEHIND BROKEN BLINDS SCRATCHED ROMAN TUB AND A VERY UNCLEAN HOME FOR $150 PLUS $150 IN DAMAGES Boca Raton Florida

We hired Mollymaids for a first time cleaning and estimate for a revolving service. We live in a two year old condo so the concierge held the key for the so called cleaning service, wrecking crew would be more apt of a name. Upon returning home we found our condo in a shambles with the bedroom blinds smashed laying in pieces, our roman tub scraped and scratched and nothing was clean, it was unbelievable!!! Calling Ginger at there office was a complete waste of time she tried to insinuate we hired cleaners so we could get our broken blinds payed for (how ridiculous) Buyer Beware of this local franchise of Mollymaids, I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last cleaning service on earth!!! Our experience in Fort Lauderdale with a different franchise was completely different hence when we moved this motivated us to contact the same national company expecting the same results. IF YOU WANT YOUR HOME LEFT UNCLEANED BROKEN FURNITURE AND A COMPANY TELLING YOU THATS JUST THE WAY IT IS THEN CONTACT THIS OUTFIT!!! It cost us over $250 and a unclean home multiple trips to Home Depot to custom order blinds, a repair man to fix the tub and there response is ITS YOUR FAULT WEVE BEEN FULLY PAID AND THATS IT WOW!!! This is the only complaint I've ever filed online but it needs to be done to make good people aware before they throw there money away on this unprofessional outfit.
