We called monitronics in July of 2013 and informed them that we were canceling our service. We requested a final bill no final bill has been received as of January 6,2014. Only monthly statements. The companies intentions are to continue to pile on monthly fees until they are exceedingly high. The representative confirmed the conversation that my wife and the representative she spoke to in July had and that there was a request to cancel service. We have since still been billed. And today they are trying to force us to pay for the services we requested to cancel in July. We don't use them and have since July gone to another company......
