Monogram Hub Crummy quality, unresponsive, takes forever Internet

I originally ordered two sets of cuff links in January. I received them in February and both had something wrong with them-- the initials on one version had a "P" that looked like an "E", and the other had a "C" with a flat bottom so it didn't match the other cufflink. I wrote to customer service, was told by a Madeline that I would get replacements, gave them all of the information, followed up 3 times to no avail. A new customer service person, Asia, reached out and said Madeline was no longer working with them and she would help me to get the replacement as soon as possible. I've now followed up with her twice and still don't have replacement cufflinks. It has been more than 2 months since I reached out to them and three months since my original order, more than a half dozen emails exchanged. You could be giving me pure gold and this would still be unacceptable customer service and communication, in addition to the product itself being mediocre at best. And these things aren't cheap-- I could've purchased nice designer cufflinks for a comparable price. Next time, I think I'll just do that.
