   Fulfilled 2 year contract though the service was horrible. They stick large cancellation fees on you to walk away though service is horrible. They put you on month to month after and require a written letter  30 days in advance. I did just that and they claimed to receive the letter 29 days in advance not the required 30. They sent my account to collection for 29 dollars without notice. Beware. service and equipment are sub-standard.

its a standard contract they have you sign and it stipulates a 80% buy out of what is left of the contract. also its a standard policy for allot of monitoring companies and yes including adt to req a 30 day cancelation and yes they also bill u for that month as well
