Monster Scooter Parts did not want to take the untouched controller back although it will be sent back to straight from post office. Four weeks later we opened the box to try out the 48 Volt 1200 Watt Universal Speed Voltage Controller in case of selling it to someone online...We found a scratched used controller. I got a little upset paying a new controller and got a used one.
We tried the 48 Volt 1200 Watt Universal Speed & Voltage Controller out and did not even work at all.
NOW.... Monster Scooter Parts ripped me off knowing I am an International client and I can not do much about it.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Monster Scooter Parts unless you have power to shut them down due to their sneaky cheater manners.
