Monster Ticket
Is an online retailer that sells tickets to venues sporting events, ect. They advertise that they sell hard tictets or downloadable tickets. I purchased a ticket from them to an event I paid close to $400 for the ticket when I got it in the mail it was a resold ticket that was only valued at $40.00 with some person other than my name on it. That was not what I purchased. I called the customer service to request a refund the sales agent told me it was sold and hung up the phone. This company has no customer service at all once they sell you something they don't want anything to do with you. The tickets are severly over priced they are a Rip Off company.
If you are online looking to purchase tickets my advice is go to the venue, or ticketmaster.
Ticket Monster lives up to its name they will charge you a monster price for a ticket.
