I purchased three printer toners from MonsterToner.com and never received them. The really messed up part is that I used to order toners from a company named Monster Toners.com ( note the "s" on the end). This shady company has set up a Website that looks virtually identical to the legitamate MonsterToners.com. That's how I was fooled. I tried several times to contact monster.com the company via email and (they have no phone number)  they never called me back. I looked up theri physical address using Google map and it doesn't exsist. i looked up the company via the YellowPages and they don't exsist.I then looked at price grabber and saw bad reviews from other customers who have had their money taken and never wer sent their products. I have filed a report with the better Business Buearu. Thankfully, VISA will refund me my $153 after i had to file a affadavit of fraud on this company. Tell everyone you know not to use them. If you order, be sure to use Monstertoners. com with the "s" on the end.

Legitimate ?? Hardly

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

What kind of legitimate company refuses to put its physical address on their website? What kind of legitimate company refuses to put its telephone number on its website?

Here's the best part. If you look at their website you'll see that they use an SSL cert provided by RapidSSL. This certificate company does not verify corporate identity but rather only verify domain name ownership. There's no real tracability. Yikes !!

Legitimate?? You be the judge..........

Not a scam

MonsterToner.com (yes, the one without the 's', in Georgia) is not a scam.  I have ordered from them and received the items I ordered in fine working order.  I'll admit that their customer service is not the best and that the item took longer to ship than I expect (a couple weeks as opposed to a couple days).  However, the item did ship and arrive just fine.  This business is legit.
