The reason for this complaint is we bought a piece of furniture from Mor Furniture we would make a payment every two weeks each month. That was the terms of our contract.  Dan the person who was managing our account told us he was going to defer our account so we only have to pay a third less then before. Instead of $166.00 it be reduced to $65.00 to just once a month.  Then we get a call saying that we owe $166 all up front and that they were no longer going to allow us to make it in two payments.  They lied to us so I filing this complaint for bad business practices because, how can we trust Mor Furniture  when they have a bad reputation of ripping me off , when I asked for a refund they refuse to refund my money.  They have made no effort to resolve this manner.  I may not be an attorney I think that they broken some laws.

So you are writing this "ripoff" because you say they changed the terms of the contract, Umm.....

If that is the case where was your complaint when apparently just out of the blue your account manager said that you now only need to pay them $65 a month.  After all that a change as well..right?

Perhaps because it wasn't just out of the blue.  You don't really get this personal touch with a personal account manager if you use their regular credit and are paying on time.  Perhaps you were delinquent and not paying your bill.  Perhaps you gave them some excuse as to why you can't make the full payments anymore and got them to have you pay less for a while. 

So how about telling us the entire story.
