Morgan and Associated - American Law Department and PUSHY, RUDE! " TRIES" TO BE VERY INTIMIDATING. VERY EVASIVE WHEN YOU TURN THE TABLES AND QUESTION THEM Los Angeles California

I am like the rest of you and was so glad to read that someone else knows how I feel.

I recieved a call from this very heavily accented guy on tues. morning 9/2/20010. He stated that I am in very big trouble and  was "shocked" to learn that I had never seen this affidavit he seemed to have in his possession. Before he was "kind enough" to read this alleged legal document to me, he questioned me about being on probation, parole, ever convicted of a felony. I was freaking out! This guy ruined my whole day! He stated that I owe for an unpaid payday loan and was dismayed that I did not remember any such transaction.

He refused to give me any kind of information about this loan I owe. I asked for the creditors name, address, when and  where this all took place. He stated it was way too late for that. They supposedly tried numerous times to contact me through e-mail and I ignored them all. Now my creditors were done with me. He put me on a brief 20 second hold while "talking to my creditors" and when he came back on the line he said they agreed to take a payment "only today". Othewise they were going to file with the court house today.

I was then instructed to simply fax an apology letter stating I didn't mean to be a bad client along with me debit card number, exp. date and security code! Yeah right buddy..like that's gonna ever happen! I hung up and he or other people calling for him (that sounded just like him) called me 7 times on my cell at work and left 4 very nasty and threatening messages. I'm going to jail. He is sorry that this is "going to badly impart on me". He called my boss who chewed him out and told him never to call me at work again.

The next day they called me on my cell 10 times and left 2 messages. called my boss AGAIN! and called a co-worker and my daughter. My daughter cursed him out and told him not to call her again. He called right back and left a message telling her she was going to have "huge trouble" because of me.

When I pushed him to send me a copy of this affidavit he did e-mail me the most ridiculous looking document. Badly typed.  I can't e-mail back because my mail is always returned. Anyway, the address for their "law firm" is 4848 East Civic Center Way, Los Angeles, Ca.  That is the address for the East Lost Angeles Court House.The phone number on this "document" is his "personal hot line". And fax # is the same one he gave me to fax my "creditor". Idiots!! By the way this heavily accented guys name is Nash Brown! Isn't that a riot? His Hot line is 424-901-0138 and fax # is 888-524-2405.

I know this is childish (hee-hee!) but I was mad. I turned the tables and kept calling him back.. trust me.. they don't like that. I don't know if he's given up on scamming me or he's just off on weekends, but, I havent heard from him anymore. The last time I called him he called me back seething mad.. and told me he was going to personally send my legal problems to my employer! I said ok..whatever buddy. Have a Blessed day.
