I was injured at work on 4/27 of 2016. Since my employer's insurance adjuster was refusing to contact me, and refused initially to even cover the perscriptions Concentra ordered, I realized I would have to call a lawyer. I was unable to find any bad reviews of Morgan and Morgan, so I chose them.

They spent the first 6 weeks of the case doing absolutely nothing. After taking down all the information, then sending paperwork to resend them the same information over, they would not return my calls. They would not answer their phones. They wouldn't even respond to emails. Finally, I managed to complain enough, essentially telling them I was going to complain to the bar association. So finally, after over 6 weeks, they finally got me the temporary disability I was owed as well as got me sent to a orthopedic specialist. After that, the continued on their prior standard of completely ignoring me.

I posted a negative review on Yelp, but found out why they had no bad reviews listed anywhere, They have backdoor agreements to hide all such reviews. Mine was automatically flagged as "not recommended", meaning someone would have to click on my name, and view my profile to find it. That's how they maintain their online reputation.

After getting to the orthopedic, I saw the X Ray of my back.  Two vertebrae were kinked at an angle to each other. This causes my lower back to be pushed into a curve. The original doctor at Concentra, after seeing this on X Ray, had misdiagnosed it as a "strained muscle and nerve". Because of this, I wanted to sue Concentra for the deliberate misdiagnoses.

At this point, I was supposed to be sent for an MRI. However, the company who was supposed to set up the appointment just hung up on me. So at the same time, I attempted to inform the lawyer of this new issue.

As per Morgan and Morgan's standard procedure, they completely ignored my issues and questions. Again, I had to threaten them with a complaint to the bar association just to get a response. And their response, in retaliation for me expecting them to do their jobs, was to terminate their representation of me, Now I cannot get my MRI, as the adjuster has repeatedly refused to speak to me at all and has been engaging in fraud the entire time. Concentra will get away with deliberately sabotaging their patient's health. Tabor Clinic likewise has ignored my pleas to actually uphold their oaths in the medical field.

Morgan and Morgan's tag line should be "for the insurance companies". Because the only thing they do for the people is remove any chance at receiving proper medical care and compensation.

What's more is that, while Mark stated I wouldn't be charged for their lack of effort, he did threaten to do so immediately afterward. I've kept the emails in case he denies that he did so.
