Morningside menthis I took my car to Memphis on December 8,2016 and he contacted me about the car on Monday the 12 of December and asked me when do i want the car back and i told him dont rush it. he said ok, so on December 14,2016 he called and said it was finished. North Carolina

i said are you sure so i went and pick it up and the check engine light was on and he said it will go off here it is January 17,2017 and it is still on so the engine was never right i have more to say i will tell you when someone contact me charlotte 

December 8th, 2016 is when Memphis was suppose too replace my engine on my car. The engine was not done correctly. Memphis continue to guide me on parts that need to be replaced on my car in order for the check engine light to tun off. I took my car to O'Rileys to see if they could advise me on why the check engine light was on. He advised me to take my car back to who replaced my engine, due to the poor quality of work. Prior to me bringing my car in, I had replaced the alternator and a theromostate.I continue to take my car back to Memphis and he continue to ask me to buy parts that we have already replaced within the time frame of a year.

The first time I bought a thermostate for Memphis to put on my car, was not the one I purchased. I repurchased the thermostate for him to replace because he said that I need another one. When I picked my car up on December 14th, 2016 my check engine light was on. Memphis said to continue to drive and the check engine light will turn off. This should have been fixed if my engine was "supposly" replaced. Ever since Memphis has been working on my car I have had constant problems. The check engine light being on, engine oil and cooling leaks, and I am having a hard time starting my car. I was not experincing any of these problems until after I got my car back from Memphis. The car is still properly not working.

I continue to make contact with Memphis via phone and he continue to ignore my calls. When finally getting in contact with Memphis I had informed him that I took my car to other mechanics and that they advised me to take my car back to who replaced my engine; since this is the cause of the problem. The work that was done by Memphis was poor.
