This has got to the biggest rip off company ever. They sell you a mechanica break down warrenty, then spend 100's dollars to independent inspectors to fabricate mechanical reports to justify reasons not to cover repairs. Then just cancelle the policy, keep your money and leave you high & dry. They also have mechanic tear down engine for inspection then stick you with the bill($400)Sad!!!!! another corporate rip off, only in America.

We use the top 5 A rated administrator that handle any claim processes, procedures, approvals and/or denials. Per your administrator of your vehicle service contract an authorization of tear-down or an inspector being sent out may be required to verify failure in order to approve covered items or deny non covered items.
