I was an employee of this company for a few years. I still go to confession once a week for forgiveness for the ways we were taught to deceive customers. The owners of this company would steal from their own mother to get a dollar. These policies are marked up nearly $2000.00 in profit from what they would cost you to just go to the actual administrator. This company purchases the policies for a very small cost, then increases the hell out of the price and offers it to you, collecting the profits on top of that. These polices are extremely overpriced.

They do not even pay their employees what they owe them, so how could you expect them to pay you when you need it most? This company was started in a basement less than 4 years ago and now is making millions by ripping off people. They claim to be A+ rated with the BBB, but they just simply word it to where its technically not lying by saying the policy is A+ rated, which it could be or that the "administrator" is A+ rated. This might also be true.

However MOTOR VEHICLE SOLUTIONS is who you are giving your credit card to, so ask them what THEIR specific company "motor vehicle solutions" rating is. They are a joke of a company. They have none of your information on file except your name and address when you call in. They have NO idea if your car is out of warranty. It is simply worded to where it has expired or is expiring because that is true for every single vehicle in the world.

Every second that goes by or mile that you drive is considered closer to the expiration of your manufactures warranty so of course its "expiring". Any company that tells you that you have to do this now or you cant ever get it again is ridiculous. Then they say they do that because it help eliminate the risk of people calling back when the vehicle has had a problem?? are you kidding me? The real reason is cuz it creates urgency to buy this now and they can get your money sooner. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!
