I have never even used them. This is all new to me! Apparently I had a free three day trial and did not cancel before 3 day trial was over, so now I owe them money? What a scam! They say there is a four step proceduer! haha Why is there no customer service phone number? No way of contacting them huh.
I will not pay for something I did not use or want to use! Records or no records that they say they have! Its a scam!

Please download an adware/spyware removal program and update your Virus Protection software. Make sure you have the latest security updates for yoru operating system and the latest version of whatever browser you are using to "surf the net".
Simple due diligence on the part of the computer user would save you a ton of headaches.
