paid $3200 for sewer line repair;called 800# to advise I have the $200.00 yellow pages coupon-was deducted from the invoice.when workers finished there was no discount on the invoice so I was required to write a check for $200. additional. 6 calls in 30 days & never connected to a "supervisor" nor did anyone return the call.you only talk to a recepionist.site 800# goes to a voice mail-no return call.I can't imagine what happens if a repair goes south-they have it set-up so they can avoid you.NO store front folks.this is a very shady franchise operation & every state who allows such a biz. should rethink.workers were ok but what do I know about sewer work??? were they licensed? no way for me to know.the supervisor seemed to just be a figure waiting for payday.call around is my advise & go with a plumber who at least has a local office & you can speak to a human face should there be any problems.
