Mr . Chips I took my computer in to have him look at it to see if 157 reg errors mean,im new with computers,anyway he told me i needed to get them removed asap or my computer would crash and not work,so i let him have the computer and picked it up a couple hours later,it was slower ,i had 3 new anti virus programs and my other program for anti virus were not there no more and all my photos and vidios including my grandfathers awake vidios were gone were I will never probable see my relatives I never met before are gone,all that is not replaceable,then after 31 days my computer has a keylock in the left hand corner so i cant get into my own computer, Melbourne Florida

I took my computer in  to Mr. Chips in Melbourne Fl and asked what 157 regestry errors meant ,and they told me if I didnt get them repaired asap my computer would crash and be useles,so I let them take them off,but thats not what happend,they downloaded 3 anti virus programs when i had Norten to begin with and that program was not there no more meaning Norten ,all my photos and vidios were gone,which one of the vidios was my grandfathers awake which is not replaceable,and 31 days later my computer locked me out with a keysigh and password I never set up in the left hand corner of my computer,so i took it back and he told me someone hacked your computer and i can fix it ,but it would be 250.00 to do it,I was outraged knowing he was lieing to my face,he is a smam artest in the finest,i told him i would see him in court,and i asked for his name,at this time I was not sure if this was the owner or the other people that work there and i asked for his name and he told me it was jermain hornblower,i laughed but wrote it down anyway,i grabed anoughter buis card and found out he was the owner which is Richard Richmonnd,so please if your thinking about buying a computer or having someone look at yours ,dont make the mistake i did,go to best buy or a big buisness that backs up there work and if something happens they will give you your money back or atleast your chances of having real service is 100 times more realalistic,this guy should be closed down,in my opionion,hes a joke and will rip you off at ant cost
