i called firefox about an issue im having with their website-- someone answered the phone and told me let me take over your computer and i can fix it for you -- i did not suspect antyhing at first thinking that i called firefox the official website -- this person remotely took over my computer and told me you have so many problems , you need to fix them and you need to install symantec ending point protection and went along with everything he said . he also told me that everything is prorvided for you for free but you need to pay for the antivirus because we get it from the company.. so please send a check to the following address which is in upstate nyc . honestly the guy did not do a thing but made an inquisitive tour in my computer and installed the software. after i hang up with him, i called symantec and said they have no clue who is this company . the next day , someone from ms group called me and left a message that they need 99 dollars for the service they provided , which initially, they say it is for free . they are scammers who rushed me to sign their documents -- but i did not provide them with my credit card number or my checking account . im going to call my bank and tell them to be careful of suspicious activities from ms group service llc . they are prof. scammers no computer geeks. thanks
