Those companies: msrshop/Shenzhen ZCS Technology Co., Ltd. /congseng technology co.ltd are thieves, they are selling the same low quality malfonctionning product they go by different contact name in each compayny in Conseng it is jungli guan AKA Julie Ann, in msrshop it's a girl named DEMY, in Shenzhen ZCS Technology Co., Ltd. it's the same DEMY her phone no is 0086-13923425751 .
They are Chinese thief they sell broken products and never want to exchange they always claim Human breaking" even though I have never even saw this product work for 1 minute. They have copied those products from other legit foregin companies like cardreaderfactory.com cardreadertech.com mycardreader.com but do not have the knowledge to develop such products, sometimes they will turn on and give you many stranges caracteres not ISO and they will say it's our fault that we have damaged the reader. They asked me to buy a new reader for 450$ for a broken USB connector.....
I am tired of those Chinese rippers you will loose almost 500$ for nothing DO NOT BUY from any of them.

Most people in the USA wouldn't know this but Shenzhen is a "Special Economic Region" of China located on the north border of Hong Kong. I had the opportunity to visit this area when I was in Hong Kong and discovered the whole area was a manufacturing ground for "knock-off" items. A whole mall was even devoted to this practice. While I deeply regret you found this out the hard way and deeply wish I could have been there to tell you "NOOOOOOOO!" You don't have much recourse for refund but you may be able to get a little come-upping on this company. The Department of Homeland Security does have investigators who watch for things like this. Customs has a web I discovered, when I got a Nigerian scammer trying to claim they were from Customs and I had an import waiting for me, where you can tip off officials about this company. Nothing may happen but at least you can feel a little smug about giving one back to this company. Sometimes a little self-satisfaction can go a long way. A company with so many names has to be doing something illegal!
