I would like to say that I do understand the right's I have to my name and photograph's. I emailed this company to let them know that they were in violation of my right's and that I am the owner of my name and face so they needed to remove my name and face from their internet site.

Instead of kindly doing so they responded with this CRAP:

Most may not be aware of their legal right's. I am aware and I will not pay any third party affiliation to remove what they had no right to post. Unless they are a government agency they have no right's to advertise personal information. 
I do have an attorney and I intend to bring this matter to them. If there is a case already in progress please add my name to the list. I want to sue for violating my civil right's and causing more personal problem's in my life by exploiting me using google. I have not been convicted and I am not a criminal. This is defamation of character.
