The FTC,FBI and state Attorney Generals are investigating the Mugshots and Google connection.  I have documentary proof as to the extortion claim and Google's greed is curious in the light of their scienter(guilty knowledge) as to the illegality and evil of the mugshot progeny.  There is a connection between many of these so called reputation repair companies and the mugshot people.  Look at the postings and the prominent location and pop-ups of these so called SEO companies.  

Some are legitimate but query is their services worth upwards of $3,000.  The retaliation of these mugshot people is virulent.  Google permits it.  For example,  once I started blogging about them, Fort Myers Mugshots has elevated my 2004 trivial arrest in a phony ex-parte domestic violence injunction, involving one benign telephone call to a hysterical woman into a case of "wife beating."  Also I was listed as one of the 5 most viewed mugshots and a mugshot plant call me a "peace" (sic) s---t and a communist.

Attorney Joel Stempler and I will be filing a real lawsuit by the end of the month and will seek discovery from Google executives as to who are the extortionist phantoms behind mugshots.  The class is growing and the powerful social media networking has flushed out the villains.  Am I  "Martin from Alaska" a hater of the First Amendment.?  I studied under the greatest civil rights lawyers in the 60s including Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Arthur Kinoy.  By defaming me, you have only strengthened my resolve
