I first seen my mugshot ( accused of DUI) on the internet a few years back. I was very upset that they did not tell the whole story..which was :I was not convicted and the case was withheld. After I seen it again today after googling my name out of curiosity,I decided to give them a call and at least find out about them updating,or removing the old outdated info.The man who answered was very rude..saying things like we can't promise,but for a one time removal fee of 360.00 they would remove it from arrest.com and mugshots.com. so I simply asked if I could update the info so that the whole story was being told as factual. This must have made him mad, because he called me a crook and when i said the same back to him,he hung up.

So they will remove it for a onetime fee? this means you pay over 360.00 to 'remove incorrect or outdated info such as not guilty adjudication..or any other suspicious details that may prove you were in fact arrested and had the case thrown out of court?..They can then remove it..one time for the fee..but what they don't tell you is: they just go back to the most recent posting of the very same charge and post it again!.They also intend to sell your record info to other companies (which they may or may not own) to re-publish the same infoI believe these companies practice Extortion, Blackmail,and at the very least misuse of public Information. We need to write our legislature to stop this criminal enterprise from growing!
