POSTED: Thursday, January 24, 2013Please also note that William posted the report on this site after he received our response. Further proving his statements are false.
--------------------------------------
William,
We have researched your order and our communication records and can prove what you have stated is categorically false. Please note the following:
1.) The order was originally placed on January 4, 2013 by Julie Shdeed through our online store. The order number was #759. Up until that time there was no communication by you or Julie with us in regards to the functionality of the MotionCOMMAND FRAME. Therefore your statement of "Before buying this 19" frame, I was told from your
company that when entering a field that required a keypad that a keypad would pop up on the screen in MAC OSX lion" is false. We have complete records to back this up.
2.) Approximately a week later you called and spoke to us and told us you were using the FRAME to create a computer for your car and that you didn't want to use a keyboard and mouse and asked if there was an onscreen keyboard, to which we said the following:
2a.) Yes, there was an onscreen keyboard available, depending on the operating system and software there are different ways it can be used. For example in Windows if you touched a field it would pop if up automatically, if not, then you will have to push a button or link and it will pop up. Also depending on the application you use, it may also automatically that. We also said there may be a third party app that would make it do it if it did not. You were very happy because either way, your goal of not needing to use a keyboard and mouse was met. Because you got off the phone at that point completely satisfied
with our answer, we know you were aware that it may not automatically pop up and would required either pushing a button or link. Please note, this was a subsequent request on how the product may work, after you purchased the item and was again, not a stipulation for your initial purchase as you claim.
2b). What we said is in fact 100% accurate. Unfortunately the Mac OS X required you to push a button to pop up the on screen keyboard. That is not a fault of our product, because in Windows it does work that way. We have no control over what Apple does with their software.
3.) Because of the stated fact, we have not deceived you in anyway or misrepresented the functionality of our product. In fact, it is quite the reverse, as it seems your comments are basically false.
4.) Furthermore, we believe you have been attempting to post false, misleading and libel comments on our Youtube videos under the name of Leann Farha. A quick search shows her to be friends with Julie Elizabeth Harris Shdeed who placed the order and has the same last name as you. Also we have noted you did not even use your own name in posting your initial report on this site. Our question is if you are being truthful in what you have claimed, why would you go to such great lengths to use false personalities and other deceptive measure to get your message across. This is certainly a disturbing pattern of behavior.
5.) Because of the stated facts here within this email and our communication logs, we believe we have ample proof contrary to your claims and will exert any and all efforts, traditional or legal to defend our company and products. If forced to we would disclose any and all information on the matter openly.
5.) Your threats of disputing the charges are duly noted and is certainly within your right, however; we have already prepared complete documentation to support what we have stated here.
6.) As you know, the FRAME was custom built for you, because it was told to you on the phone and because of that, there is a no return policy. However, in a final attempt to resolve this issue, although we have clearly been misrepresented by you, we will accept the product in return for a refund of the purchase price of the product only minus a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipment back to us and we must receive the product in "like new" condition. Any damage
or loss will result in further deductions or the refusal of the return all together.
7.) If you would like to return the item, please let us know and we will forward a product return agreement for you to sign. Once executed, we will provide a return authorization number for you to send the product back to us.
8.) Finally, if you are indeed so keen in creating a computer for your car using a Mac OS X computer, our product is the only way you can do it as a touch screen. It does provide an onscreen keyboard and to have to simply press one button which takes a split second is far from being unusable. Because we are pretty much the only company that can produce a product compatible with Mac OS X, and the fact that it's the Mac OS X itself that doesn't have automatic pop up for the on
screen keyboard, there is no way for you to do it at all otherwise.
9.) Finally we will not be swayed by your attempt at black mailing us with bad PR. A gain, we have ample proof to show what you have stated is false.

POSTED: Thursday, January 24, 2013He also now claims that he works at a law firm and has records of the telephone calls he made to us prior to the purchase. We have requested the records and the name of the law firm he works for to verify the information. If per chance he is able to produce the records and we are able to verify its authenticity, we will be happy to provide a full refund to him. However, this does not match our records for emails, chats or phone calls at this time.
