I have gone through a 2 week fiasco with these people and have never been treated worse in my life. The have the most "Don't Care" attitude of anyone I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a Monitor after making sure the specs would be supported by my current system. I spent 2 hours trying to get it to work and only got a black screen with "not supported" written on it. I emailed for a RMA number and the next day I called the Company to say that I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee because it OBVIOUSLY was misrepresented. The girl said I would not be charged a restocking fee.
Well, I WAS charged a restocking fee, and that led me into a barrage of phone calls with them, where I was treated so horribly by the MANAGER Maricella, and the OWNER Harry Romero. Basically they both told me I was $%#@ outta luck! So, I am out $20.00 to send it back, and $30.00 restocking fee!
I am going to contact the California States Attorneys Fraud Division and also do a Visa charge-back. It is really their attitude that is forging me ahead. BUYER BEWARE, order your Computer stuff somewhere else. I am going to epinions and anywhere else that I can let people know!!

It may not be mwave's "fault" that they had incorrect information on their site, but it's certainly not the buyer's fault either. To say the seller got faulty information from the manufacturer is simply passing the buck, and they definitely shouldn't charge the buyer for identifying the manufacturer's error. If anything, they should *pay* the buyer for their time and for saving mwave inadvertently selling a product that doesn't work with certain systems in the future!

this is the manufactures fual for not giving the wright info on the product mwave is good company all above other than this this is the most minor thing that can happen mwave dont have but 2 complaints on this site
