Order motherboard, AMD CPU, and memory stick from their website. Also add the extra cost item of assembly and test to the order. Fill out the shipping and CC info and place the order on the weekend via their website.

Receive a condescending and odd email Monday telling me that my CC has been charged for the whole order but they are not shipping it since I have a different billing and shipping address. The email tells me that my money has been taken and the order is held in order to protect me from fraud. How so I wonder? The email then thanks me for my cooperation along with the other dubious tone that implies I might not get my money back. But I need to contact them or my CC company to have the address listed with them. It already was is the problem. So this was needless.

Based on that my comfort level dropped to about zero with this place and I replied telling them to cancel the whole order.

I get a reply back telling me that the order is going to ship despite my wishes.

The order arrives on Friday in a bashed up, used box, with all kinds of labels in Chinese taped on the outside saying I think this order is not going so well. They took and reused a parts order box from their suppliers in China shipping to them and placed my order in this flimsy box and shipped it UPS to me.

I opened the outer box to find the top of the box filled with those air bag shipping things, a bunch of them placed in loose about 8 inches deep. Below that was the original motherboard box sitting on the bottom of the outer carboard box. In other words NO padding around or below the item. I said this has to be DOA.

I pulled out the heavy motherboard and CPU fan assembly by taking the whole motherboard box out with all of that still inside and examined the inner box. Instead of properly and carefully wrapping the planar and CPU/Heat Sink assembly, they crammed it into the too small MB box and forced the lid shut on it. Then left it to slam around on the bottom of the outer box. Insane. The board of course did not boot.

The heat sink and fan are far too heavy to be left bouncing around supported by only the planar this way and it has to be padded right and packed right if there is any hope of it working. This was not done.

I call their customer service and not once did they ask what was wrong, how it could be made right, what the real issues were, nor did they say they are sorry for the mess. They just started citing their policy, became defensive and told me they sent me a label what is the problem etc.

All in all I have paid for an order going on 2 weeks ago and have nothing to show for it and no money returned.
