Please do not work with this company!!!
Margo Williams Hubbard promises a lot and delivers next to nothing after being paid. I've had to result to taking her to court. She uses religion to get to the hearts of her victims, then she disappears when it's time to deliver. After begging her to deliver, she makes excuses and even claims to be sick.
Her website appears to be very professional with a team of professionals, NOT SO, this is not a professional company and there is only one person at this company, the "Principal", Margo.
She wanted me to continue to pay her even though she wasn't doing any of the work, who does that? After paying her $5,250, I refused to pay her another dime and she stopped taking my calls and didn't do even 25% of the work that was in the contract.
I should have known when she didn't show up or call for our very first meeting.

***WON COURT CASE***
AUTHOR: - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, November 10, 2016
I won the court case on 10/26/16--ENOUGH SAID!!
Like I said, this woman hides behind religion and take others' money. She has been dishonest with people from New York to Texas. Notice in her rebuttal she says she "created", "coordinated", "commenced", "reviewed", "conducted". She may have done this but I didn't see a fourth of it, and she pumped up most of these "non-deliverables".
She will tell a string of lies just to keep you interested enough to keep giving her money, without delivering what she promises, just like that list of lies she provided in her rebuttal.
Anyone with many names and multiple business addresses (within a year or so), CANNOT BE TUSTED.
ALL I CAN SAY IS I WON THE CASE!!!
Please don't give this woman your hard earned money, she will not deliver just like me and others have said.
#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Response to Dr. Liz L. West, Licensed, Clinical Psychotherapist

In response to the report of Dr. Liz L. West, Licensed, Clinical Psychotherapist, A Vision Indeed, A New Healing:
We produced more than what was required by contract. We even produced more than what was required by contract when Dr. West indicated to me that she had car trouble and was unable to pay me the original contract fee. In fact, she could no longer pay any additional funds. This notice came to us after we had engaged and paid our videographer and graphic artists in the contracted work.
Dr. Liz West approached our firm after working unsuccessfully with another marketing firm. Because this same result has occurred more than once, we no longer work with disgruntled former clients of other unsuspecting marketing/PR/advertising firms. Unfortunately, no amount of work is ever good enough for these types of people.
Because of our desire to please, and because the client could have been of real benefit to those who need her services, we pressed on with Dr. West, far beyond what we should have, and lost thousands of dollars and valuable time. Unfortunately, this occurs far too often. To avoid losing additional money, and because of the confrontational nature of Dr. Liz, we found working with the client to be unhealthy and unproductive.
The below items of marketing collateral were produced/finalized:
- Redesigned client logo
- 10 original graphic memes for a social media campaign
- Social Media covers for LinkedIn, linkedin.com/in/dr-liz-l-west-19091997, Facebook:facebook.com/ANewHealingorg, and Twitter: twitter.com/ANewHealingOrg.
- Created HTML newsletter template
- Coordinated, art-directed, produced/edited five (5) videos for a podcast series
- Conducted subject matter research
- Reviewed anewhealing.org website and noted content updates
- Reviewed A New Healing/Liz West current social media content
- Created A New Healing Development Plan/Action Plan
- Created social media strategy, posts and memes
- Created podcast concept, themes and schedule
- Commenced social media management/launched Twitter account
- Wrote and issued launch press release:myemail.constantcontact.com/News-Release--Houston-Psychotherapist-Presents-Alternative-Solution-to--U-S--Mental-Illness-Crisis.html?soid=1101130263820&aid=U785p2oL6PY
- Issue press release over Business Wire, on 9/30/2015 (Houston Psychotherapist Presents Alternative Solution to U.S. Mental Illness Crisis). This single item was over $800.00.
- Conducted press release follow-up, to garner media coverage, speaking and consultant opportunities.
- Conducted/participated in regular client meetings, oftentimes weekly.
Certainly, we would have preferred to have seen the fruition of the project as we completed all groundwork and had launched the program. In fact, for the items produced above, a client would have paid $12,000.00 to $15,000.00 to other marketing firms. Unfortunately, the consistent stops and starts by the client, and her constant not understanding of the process, resulted in not seeing the full potential of the program. We wish Dr. West well ongoing.
Sincerely,
MWH Public Relations
