I ordered items that i viewed on tv through an 800 number. The following month April 1st i received a bill on the same credit card from a MWI*premierhealth TRND 877-682-5837 from CT for $96. I called and requested they recredit my card.

Reexamining my statements today Dec 8, 2002, i have discovered that the amount was never put back on my credit card. They told me it was a membership fee and i did not want it.

I was told it would be credited back to my account and like i said it has not. May 23rd 2002 a MWI*processing fee 800-809-3795 from CT for $1 appears on my card. i called about this and was told it was not refundable. But for $1 i was peaved and at the time did not think it was worth my troubles to fight over this. Now i am thinking it may be worht fighting for this. If they have pulled this one off on other people then they are making a good profit from those of us that didnt think $1 was worth the argument.

Then June 26th MWI*essentials 800-809-3795 from CT charged $99.95 to my account. I also caught this one and disputed it. This was credited back to my account July 22. I thought my troubles were over with this company but today checking my statement for my credit card a funny $14.95 charge from MWI*Connections 800-568-2386 from CT. I have not called the company yet but will when i am done posting this problem.

I know the phone calls i receive while at my fiance's house are from this company. They are the only ones that call me and say that they have a great offer for me from my credit card company. They call and represent themselves as my credit card company but i know it is not because they have my fiance's house as my credit card address and obviously his phone number. I do not live at his house and find it interesting that they leave messages for me and call at various times. I have only ordered one item with my credit card from tv and had it shipped to his house. What i am afraid of is that this company has my credit card information and also personal information about me. This is not acceptible and should be looked into. They should be policed by some organization and checked into for fradulent and misleading activity.
