MWI Premier Health Plus Charged my creditcard without written or verbal consent rip-offs Omaha Nebraska

I got a charge on my credit card for $139.95 from MWI Premier Health Plus with the phone number of 877 879-5258.
I called the number and spoke to Anne, agent #7841. She told me that I had signed up for this from a TV infomercial sometime in March.

I asked her what this was even for and she told me that is was for discounted health and dental coverage as well as prescriptions.

I resulted in telling her that I am active duty in the military and she promptly canceled my membership and said that it would take a couple of statements to receive my refund.
